Dr. Sheyda’s journey into dentistry began in her hometown of Leesburg, Virginia, where she completed her early education from elementary through high school. She later pursued higher education at James Madison University, earning a Magna Cum Laude Bachelor of Science degree. Continuing her academic path at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, she excelled not only in her studies but also earned membership in the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Sheyda’s dedication to pediatric dentistry and exceptional patient care has earned recognition both nationally and throughout her local community in Loudoun County. In 2025, she was recognized nationally as a 40 Under 40 dentist and named a Top Virginia Dentist. In 2026, she was honored as a Loudoun 40 under 40 recipient and Lansdowne Pediatric Dentistry was voted Best Pediatric Dental Office in Loudoun County. These honors reflect the care, precision, and pride Dr. Sheyda brings to her profession and to every child and family she serves.
Beyond the dental chair, Dr. Sheyda loves watching TV shows, cheering for her favorite sport teams, spending time with loved ones, enjoying outdoor activities, and exploring new places through travel. Playing with her dog Chloe is a daily highlight. She also loves keeping things neat and organized and is always on the hunt for cool planners, colorful pens, and sparkly shoes. What really makes her day? Checking things off her to-do list, and truth be told, adding even more tasks to conquer.
